Note the bath filled with water. Move the toilet roll to the left to reveal a key. Pick up the key. Use the key on the safe. Click again on the safe and the key will break. You will now need something else to get into the safe. Go left.
Study:
Open the draw with the lightning symbol on it. Pick up the key. Remove the picture from the wall to reveal the safe. Zoom into the safe. The safe has 3 dials with each dial having 8 possible positions. Note that each dial has a bar in red. We do not know the configuration yet so close the close-up view and go left.
Dining room:
There are 2 safes here, zoom into each for a closer look. Both need a 4 digit code, note that the second safe has the numbers reversed. Also note the unpainted part of the wall. You cannot do anything here yet so go left.

Open the left cupboard and pick up the drill. Open the freezer and note the safe that is frozen, you need to defrost it somehow. Also note the magnets F=9 shown on the fridge door. Go left.

Zoom into the safe. The safe has a dial with numbers, the clue to the code is written on the safe. The word 'SAFE'. We already have F=9 from the kitchen. We need to find the numbers for the other letters. Close the close-up view and go right 4 times.

Pick up the crowbar from the ground. Zoom into the safe. The safe has 4 colour coded numbers. Close the close-up view. To work out the numbers you need to count the fruit. However some of the fruit is hidden behind the glass so use the hammer to break the glass, then you can count all of the fruit. The correct code is 4,8,5,3. Zoom into the safe and enter the code. Open the safe and pick up the red gem. Note the paper on the floor with a clue on how to grow a plant. Go right.
Garage:
Pick up the spray paint can from the shelf. Note the E=5 written on the garage door. Use the crowbar on the boot of the car. Zoom into the safe. The safe needs a code, the clue is the car number plate. The solution is to start at 0 (represented by the arrow pointing north), go right 2, go left 3, go right 7 and go left 2, or just enter the code 0,2,9,6,4. Open the safe and pick up the red gem. Go left 4 times.
Server room:
Wait for 7 seconds without moving the mouse for the lights to dim and the code for the safe to be revealed. Then zoom into the safe and use the keycard to activate the keypad and enter the code (698212) and press enter. Open the safe and pick up the red gem. Go left twice.
Bathroom:
Fill the empty beaker with water from the bath and pick up the beaker. Click to go right 3 times.
Lab:
Pour the beaker with water into the beaker with green liquid. This will cause a reaction (as represented by the diagram on the wall green+blue=?) and reveal a key. Pick up the key. Also pick up the empty beaker. Use the key on the filing cabinet. Open the middle draw and pick up the red gem. Close the middle draw and open the bottom draw and pick up the blow torch. Go left twice.
Power room:

Zoom into the safe. Enter the code into the safe (1,3,9,5). Open the safe and pick up the red gem. Go right twice.

To work out the correct symbol and numbers you need to grow the plant. The clue for growing the plant was in the greenhouse (sun + water + time). Drag the ladder below the trap door and open the trapdoor (to give sun). Use the beaker with water on the plant (to give water). It needs time to grow (time) so go right.
Now go left.
The plant will have grown. Use the leaf shape from the plant (heart shape) and the number of leaves (17) to get into the safe. Zoom into the safe and enter the correct code. Open the safe and pick up the red gem. Go left 3 times.
